Yesterday I was delighted to once again visit the fantastic Mottingham Leg Club, on this occasion with Raoul Pinnell, Chairman of Bromley Healthcare.
The Club, which recently celebrated its 5th birthday, is run by The Lindsay Leg Foundation and Bromley Healthcare, with the help of a group of excellent and dedicated local volunteers. It treats people suffering from leg ulcers and wounds in a friendly, social environment, and provides a great place for residents to meet and have a chat over a cup of tea.
The Club meets every Wednesday at the Court Farm Evangelical Church, where a no-appointments, turn up on the day service is provided. Further information can be found here:

My thanks to Annabelle, Yvonne and all the other volunteers at the Club, as well as Frank Hall and Gillian Harman, the specialist clinicians who support the Club. They all do really fantastic work for the community.
